MREC Agency Residential (H)  3 hours MD Required.
This class is written by the Maryland Real Estate Commission and discusses in detail legislation regarding Agency, parameters of a brokerage agreement and duties of a Real Estate Licensee in regard to the customer.  This course will be a required part of 15 hour Maryland requirement as of January 1st, 2012.
   
MREC Supervision (i) 3 hours MD Required for Brokers, Managers, Team Leaders.  Elective for Salesperson.
This class is written by the Maryland Real Estate Commission and discusses in detail broker and manager responsibility regarding agency, dual agency and specifically details on "teams."  This is required for brokers, managers and team leaders but is a great course for every agent. 
   
Architectural Styles in Real Estate (F) 1.5 hours
Upon completion of this course, real estate agents will be able to identify and distinguish between prominent architectural styles in order to better serve their clients in the home buying and selling processes. 
 
   
Auction Marketing for Realtors (F) 3 hours
This course will showcase the different options in listing a home via auction marketing that can create "buzz" on your listing especially in a down market.
   
Code of Ethics (D) 3 hours
This class is designed to clarify the difference between ethical and legal decisions ownerships.

This class is designed to teach about the 2011 new process for bidding on HUD Homes in full detail.
