Online Continuing Education
COURSES POLICY
Must obtain at least a 70% on FINAL EXAM to get Certificate
Dearborn- RE Campus Online Courses brought to you by Elite Learning Academy.
Each online course shall consist of course content relevant to the subject matter of the course, and a final exam which the online student must pass with a score of at least seventy (70%). Continuing Education credits will only be given by the school if the student passed the exam with seventy percent (70%) or better. Please Note** Dearborn's internal system is set up to pass students with a 65% or better, however MARYLAND requires a passing grade of 70% in order to receive credit. You must obtain a 70% or more to obtain credit.
After Affidavit is received Credit Will be Submitted to the MD Real Estate Commission Within 14 Business Days. (1-2 Business Days in Most Cases)
Upon completion of an online course offered by Elite Learning Academy your CE Credits will be submitted to MD REC for banking. You must first complete student affidavit which will be EMAILED to you after completion. The affidavit is not sent automatically so please allow time for processing.

The school will email "Notice of CE Completion" to the email address of the online student once the student has provided the School with a signed affidavit (provided by the school)
affirming that the student has completed every requirement of the course and has not provided any aspect of the
course to others.
Refunds
No refunds will be given for Online Courses.
Requirements for Completing the Course The Real Estate Commission requires that you score at least 70% on the final to receive continuing
