	The midterm must be passed with an 80% in order to continue with the program. The final exam in person must be passed with 80% and all clock hours completed in order to receive certificate of completion. I have read all other policies found in the school catalog found at registration.
	Elite Learning Academy does not offer assistance in job placement and cannot guarantee job placement or salaries.  Upon obtaining your Real Estate License graduates may interview at any Real Estate company they choose in order to obtain employment.
	You will receive your books on the first night of class.  The books used in this program are Modern Real Estate Practice 21st edition and Maryland Real Estate Practice & Law 16th editions.  These are subject to change as new editions become available.
