Strong internet connection is required. Elite cannot be responsible for time missed as a result of poor connection or technical difficulties on the students end. Any missed time will need to be made up per the policies in the Course Catalog. Missing more than 10 minutes per hour will require the full hour be made up at $45.00 per hour.

Laptop or computer is required. Tablets may be used during lectures but not during quizzes or worksheets (if applicable) as they turn the camera off during these activities and we must see you. You may not attend this class using only a phone.

A distraction free work zone for the entire time class is in session. We need your full attention during this time. Additionally there will be homework and projects as part of this course to be done on off time and turned in by deadline given by instructor.

This class must be treated as if we are in a physical classroom. (ie: Attending from a car or a public place, T.V. or music on, walking around house doing chores, laying down, talking on phone, etc. or anything that could not be done in a classroom cannot be allowed during class time.)

|
The classes are monitored and any violation can result in lack of credit for the class and/or termination from the program. Classes are recorded per MD Real Estate Commission requirement by attending you give your consent to being recorded. It is for auditing purposes only if requested by the MD Real Estate Commission or MD Higher Education Commission.

The midterm must be passed with an 80% in order to continue with the program. The final exam in person must be passed with 80% and all clock hours completed in order to receive certificate of completion. I have read all other policies found in the school catalog found at registration.

This course, although conducted via ZOOM will be completed with a final exam that must be administered and proctored IN PERSON at the classroom listed on the Registration page. The address is listed on the schedule. Students will be spread out to maintain the Social Distancing requirement. Masks requirements are subject to change based on current cdc requirements. Please call with any concerns you may have.

Elite Learning Academy does not offer assistance in job placement and cannot guarantee job placement or salaries. Upon obtaining your Real Estate License graduates may interview at any Real Estate company they choose in order to obtain employment.

|
|
There is a book pickup scheduled about 1 week prior to the start of the course. This must be done in person and was listed on the schedule at the time that you registered. An email will also be sent to all students with the details of the pickup. The books used in this program are Modern Real Estate Practice 21st edition and Maryland Real Estate Practice & Law 16th editions. These are subject to change as new editions become available.
